SHIPPING POLICY

Atelier Hana currently ships within Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

During launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders of CAD $100 or more before applicable taxes and after discounts.

Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Atelier Hana is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and any available photographs or tracking information so we can assist you.
